Momentum Credit Reporting takes your privacy very seriously, and will always work to ensure the safety and security of any information you provide.

Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org does not, under any circumstance, sell, divulge, share, or otherwise disseminate information about its customers or their transactions with the company to any third parties. The company may occasionally send marketing emails to its customers on behalf of third parties, however such marketing will only be done in a manner that ensures customer information does not leave the custody and control of the company.

Employees and associates of Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org will never ask you for personal identifying information, nor will you ever be asked for credit card or other payment information over the telephone or by email.

Momentum Credit Reporting does not directly receive or store payment information. All payments for subscriptions and other services are processed via Stripe, who is solely responsible for payment processing, refunds or credits, and maintenance of customer payment data.

Since Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org does not maintain any information that is not otherwise a matter of public record, there is little to no chance that a breach of our systems could or would endanger the personal identities of our customers. We do, however, take all such incidents extremely seriously and will promptly notify our customers via email in the event such a breach occurs.

Momentum Credit Reporting invites anyone with questions, concerns, or comments about this policy to email us at support@momentumcr.org and we will promptly respond when and where appropriate. This policy is subject to change without prior notice, although the company promises to notify all customers via email immediately should there be any material change of which customrs should be aware.
